Extra Large Dry Tumbling Finishing Machine

Our extra large dry tumbling finishing machine is specially developed for mass surface polishing and deburring of metal hardware parts without water. Adopting fully dry processing technology, it eliminates wastewater discharge, greatly reducing environmental pollution and post-processing drying costs.

This oversized model features an extra-large capacity processing barrel, which is ideal for batch processing large workpieces or high-volume production orders. The stable variable-speed drive system ensures uniform grinding and mirror finishing on all surfaces of components, removing burrs, oxide layers, scratches and tool marks efficiently.

Compared with wet polishing equipment, our dry tumbling machine needs no drying procedure after finishing. It works well for stainless steel, copper, aluminum, zinc alloy, iron and other metal accessories like fasteners, auto spare parts, sanitary hardware, jewelry and precision casting pieces.
